Huntsville employees picked up their paint brushes and marked the 50^th anniversary of the Apollo 11 first moon landing by restoring the local Saturn V replica rocket to its full glory with a fresh coat of paint. Learn more.

Employee volunteers brought color, fresh paint and vitality to the Fevziye Tezcan Technical and Vocational High School and established a unique educational opportunity by creating a Color Application Laboratory.

The Children’s Hospice creates a caring, supportive environment for families with terminally ill children. Our local employees partnered with the hospice to ensure the facility remains in the best possible conditions for each family’s comfort.

More than 150 employee volunteers hosted a PPG Colorful Communities project at the Shepherd’s Field Children’s Village to revitalize and beautify dormitories for more than 100 abandoned children with special needs. Learn more.

Since 2012, PPG employees at our Suriname facility have been on a mission to beautify the city of Paramaribo, by searching for opportunities to provide neglected public areas with beautiful and colorful art. 

Manila, Philippines

At the Batangan Elementary School, 300 students witnessed a vibrant transformation of their school thanks to PPG’s very first Colorful Communities project in the Philippines. Our employees created an environment that motivates and engages the young students.

Alberton, South Africa

Recognizing the critical need to support the elderly community, PPG employees championed a $25,000 donation to the NOAH (Neighborhoods Old Age Home) Woodstock Centre and Clinic for much needed refurbishments.

Pittsburgh, Pa., USA

PPG employees initiated the “PPG AI Pathways Institute and Teen Accelerator” program with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania. Our employees donated their time, technical skills, knowledge and experience toward teaching students about artificial intelligence (AI).

Sumare, Brazil

For several years, PPG employees have partnered with Junior Achievement to support STEM education, career development and entrepreneurship. Employees also initiated the fourth Colorful Communities project to repaint and refresh a local orphanage. Learn more.
